Clearly Adjustable® Heel Lifts

This is the Rolls Royce of heel lifts. By peeling off and replacing the self-adhesive plastic laminates, this lift is finely adjustable from 1.0 mm-12.0 mm, allowing a staged introduction into and out of from heel lift therapy. This is a firm heel raise, not a heel pad or cushion. The laminates may be layered laterally and trimmed with scissors to create a varus wedge of up to 5°. The Clearly Adjustable® contours to the heel seat of the shoe and the plantar aspect of the heel for a truly customised fit. The lifts come in Small, Medium, and Large sizes.
